Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. - Cancellations or reschedules made 7 days or more before your booking date/time are free of charge. - Cancellations or reschedules made between 7 days and 72 hours before a session of your booking will incur a fee equal to 25% of the room rental fee. - Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your booking will result in the forfeiture of your deposit (50% of the room rental fee). No refund of the deposit will be issued. No-Shows If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking, your deposit will not be refunded. In addition, if you have purchased the PARTY-READY Package, an extra $25 fee will be charged. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email or through your booking confirmation). We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting your event.
